2027 Long Lunch in the Vines

Our signature Long Lunch in the Vines returns — Saturday 13 March 2027

A long table among the vines, wonderful bottles from our family cellar, a generous feast and an afternoon of music, laughter and dancing on the cellar door lawns.

Join us for canapés and sparkling, followed by a shared feast from Jenni and the team at Milnes of Mudgee. Think pâté boards, rare beef fillet, basil chicken with lemon orzo and burrata, colourful salads and beautiful desserts—all enjoyed with our estate wines and selected museum vintages.

And this year, The Quokkas will bring the much-loved classics and singalong favourites to get everyone up and moving.

Gather your favourite people and make a weekend of it. We’ll bring out the good bottles.

Lunch tickets

General admission — $240 per person
Includes canapés, a generous shared feast, accompanying wines—including selected museum releases—and live music. General bookings open 15 November 2026.

Wine Club early-booking price — $220 per person until 31 December 2026
Eligible active members can book for themselves and as many friends and family as they wish at the member price. Guests do not need to be members.

For Wine Club pricing, please email wineclub@debeaurepairewines.com to book both lunch and bus tickets. Please do not book online.

The member price is available to active Wine Club members who have purchased at least two cases in the preceding 12 months, excluding purchases during online promotional sales. Members who joined within the past six months are exempt from the two-case requirement. From 1 January 2027, all new bookings will be $240 per person.

Getting here — please book a bus

Return transport is available separately:

• Rylstone — The Globe Hotel: $25 per person
• Kandos — Railway Hotel: $25 per person · NEW
• Mudgee / Lue Road: $40 per person, with designated pick-up points.

Bus tickets must be purchased in advance and are not included in your lunch ticket. Full route details are on each bus ticket page.

Parking at the vineyard is extremely limited and not available for general use. Please contact us in advance to arrange access for non-drinking drivers, guests with mobility needs or drop-offs.

Make a weekend of it

We recommend staying in Rylstone or Kandos and taking advantage of our return buses. Please book accommodation early so you can settle in and enjoy the weekend.

A few important details

This is an adults-only event (18+). Newborns in arms are welcome; no other children, please.
