Just like the black sheep of the family, these wines stand out for their distinctive character and story. 'Louise' and and her partner-in-crime 'Claude' are prime examples of this adventurous spirit, bringing you extraordinary wines from exceptional vintages. 'Claude' is a wine we use exclusively with our restaurant + hotel partners, and is not available in our cellar door or to our wine club. They are also made with the same quality fruit and exacting winemaking standards as the rest of our range.
'Claude' is a 50:50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon + Petit Verdot with a deep ruby colour and beautiful structure.
The palate is bold + full-bodied with ample plush tannins, rich cherry flavours, and a persistent finish.
Aromas of violet and dense black forest fruit; + vanilla from French oak.
'Claude' is ready to drink now and has excellent aging potential.
Cellar for up to 15 years.
